In the case of a mandate delegation, the applicable fees are those of the agency that received the original mandate.

No fees are due before a contract is concluded.

*VAT in effect 20% included - The amount TTC charged to the tenant cannot exceed that charged to the lessor and remains less or equal to a ceiling set by regulation.
